Kevin, that going to look great when done. I would think that grease, mud and oil would be less likely to stick to galvanized, probably a good rinse once in awhile would keep it looking like new.

Dude that rocks! I wish there was a place close to me that does that. If you wanted to paint over it, would the paint stick? Keep pics coming.

That sure would be a nice frame for me to have here in south louisiana. Things rust pretty quick down here, and the frame looks simply awsome!

Cross members are in and she is on the rolling cart. Been working on the mechanicals. Engine is 90% and the front end is 90%. Have the last bedside to finish up and then start more body stuff. I will get some newer pics this week. Off all next week.

Sorry for the delay. I am on vacation this week and have been working more on the shop than the truck.
I do have most of the bed done. One more bedside to prime and block out.
The shop is going to have a paint booth. Here are a few pics of what I did today. All corners are 45'd and will contain lights.

i never thought of galvanizing my frame but it's something i'm deffinitly going to look into. between galvanizing, dp-40 and paint i shold have little or no rust problems. cool!
