A Couple Of Models...

Sorry guys, probably not what you thought.
Here's some pics of a few model ships I've built over time.

Re: A Couple Of Models...

Thank you.
The first and last photos are of a kit-bashed Lindberg North Atlantic Trawler. It was supposed to be a static model but I RC'd it, and put lights in it. It's about 17" long.
All of the rest of the models were scratch built years ago. I didn't do much with the models for a long time, but in the past few years have gone back to building them again.

Thumbs up Re: A Couple Of Models...

I'm impressed! I've always been amazed at the skill in guys working with the miniature chains and with brass stock. It's a real talent.

Nice work. It reminds me of when I was a young boy and had a paper route. One of my customers scratch built ships and boats and I would spend extra time at his place looking at them and watching him work on them. His wife always had a cookie or two for me to eat while I was there. I later moved away for 35 years and he died while I was gone. I often wished I would have been around so I could have purchased one of his boats. Good memories... Thanks for posting....
