Are you asking if somebody re-pops them, or if any other board members have one in their truck?

I have one in my truck ('71) but have yet to see them being re-pooped.

Should be an easy enough fix if you cut a patch panel from a junked cab, how bad is the rust?

And by the way WELCOME from soggy (most of the time) Oregon

I dunno know if this is what your looking for but GMCPaul has his listed on his site "69-71 Inner Cab Roof Patch Panel" "1969-71 Chevy or GMC truck inner cab roof patch panel, repair that rusted out area directly behind the windshield with this 19 gauge steel panel. Will work for 1967-68 & 1972 also but these cabs did not have mirror mounting pads attached to inner roof. Ships UPS oversized I." 5th item down

Hope that helps.

Mike

Yeah, I also have the same rust problem. It looks pretty easy to do with a piece of sheet metal. All you have to do is a little bit of shaping and weld it in and then you should be good, well im hopign it will work for me.

Thanks

Thanks Mike 68Haywagon, thats the piece I'm looking for. It would take some shaping to make that piece but probably do-able. It was pretty rusty. I may have my 70 sold, but I bet the 68 SWB Im lookng at has it, I havn't checked. Thanks for the welcome Screamin c10.
