Question Gas gauge hook up

This might sound stupid but...how do i hook up my gas gauge? i have no wire that says "FUEL" and no wire running to the gas tank from the gauges,can i just hook up a wire from where it says "FUEL" on the fuse block back to the tank then ground it? i really need help,dont like not having a gauge,thanks again

You should have a brown wire running from the fuse block terminal to the sending unit on the tank. The tank should be grounded due to the way it is mounted.
If you ground the brown wire, your guage should move to empty. If it is open, the guage should go past full.
