88 Suburban been sitting won't start

It sat for a year since I bought it and for several years before I got it. It will not start now but will fire with starting fluid ran good when I got it. I think the gas(ethanol) has jelled. How would you go about cleaning the tank, lines, injectors? How can I be sure thats it? I can't find anywhere to get ride of the old gas the county only does it once a year and I missed it till next year. Any ideas would help.
Thanks
Mike

I'd drop the tank and drain it, rinse it out with fresh gas maybe? I'm not sure if that'll get the gunk from ethanol that's "turned", but it'll get it clean enough for fresh gas. Disconnect the fuel lines up front and at the fuel filter and blow them out gently with compressed air. Replace the fuel filter and get one of the rebuild kits for the TBI, I haven't done one but if memory serves they are inexpensive and relatively easy to do.
