Beautiful Motorcycle--Not Mine--Pics Inside

My friend John (board member, slednD1) stopped by this afternoon with his latest project, '46 H-D Deluxe.
All nice a restored, new internals on the engine & tranny, etc.

The pictures don't do it justice.
Enjoy

Oh, yeah. I forgot to mention. That thing fired off on the first kick.

Travis, if you were born back then you'd be in your 60s now.
Being in your 60s sucks

Ok bad idea I hate takin any kind of meds period and shots. I could barely deal with all those shots they gave me in basic training.

Plain and simple, there is nothing as fine as a Harley Davidson.

Your bud did a fantastic job restoring it!

That thing is perfect. It's so nice to open a 'sweet bike, pics inside thread' and not see a big, long billet infested cheese-mobile.

Re: Beautiful Motoorcycle--Not Mine--Pics Inside

Awesome old Harley 45. BIL has a 1943 Harley 45 he bought in the crate from Army Surplus In Winnipeg Manitoba when he was 16. That was 44 years ago. Still takes it out for a spin now and then. Gotta luv the 3 speed suicide shifter and the foot clutch. Easy to start if you retard the timing with the left hand grip though!!!
