Re: 72 GMC (K.C. CL) Suburban big block need sold asap - $4000

my brother and I looked at it at the swap meet as well. it is a nice, nice burb! iirc, everything worked and rust was very minimal!! I know it had factory rear air, don't know what he means by dealer installed as well?

someone really should jump on this one. bet it could be had for $3200-3500. we need this on owned by a forum member!!!!

factory air, he probably means the in dash A/C... dealer installed... he probably thinks the rear A/C is a dealer item.

Definitely worth the $4k, but I bet it could be had for less as Doug mentioned above.

I do not remember if it had the in dash A/C, but it did have the hang on the dash dealer air, I talked to the guy and looked it over pretty well, I would paid what he wanted in a heartbeat, except, well I am POOR. I would be willing to help anyone interested in this by taking pics, or putting a magnet on it...I just would like to see a fellow board member get a deal. And I would not mind a good exscuse to go check it out a little closer also!! The interior was near perfect, paint was probably an 8.5 on a 10 scale, the engine was supposedly rebuilt? I looked over the SPID and it is a Big Block T400 truck.

"must sell due to divorce"

dang I hate that, I would try to find a buddy to buy it cheap, and then sell it back after a few years....

I've been to a few "divorce sales" where the future x, was selling tools dirty cheap....

I emailed the guy for pics....http://s104.photobucket.com/albums/m...e84/72%20burb/
Looks like a little rust in the rear passenger floor area....it's got barn doors, tach dash, looks like HEI, under dash AC, cruise control....pretty good looking truck though

well, you are right, dealer installed air. Wonder what he ment by factory air then?
Only bringing this up becouse it was mentioned earlier in the thread, no, the rallys are not original.
