Help me understand a few things on my SPID

Okay, from looking at my SPID I know the original owner did regular maintenance and kept track of it all. Still, I wish he hadn't written all over it.

Anyway, the truck is slightly modified and the original engine is long gone. It was a crappy oil burning warranty motor 307 anyway so no great loss. When I bought it it sat up high like a 4X4 so the G50 HD rear springs makes sense. But what exactly are the F59 "FRONT STABILIZER EQ" and G60 "AUXILIARY SPRING EQ". I've never seen those codes before. Is the G60 HD front springs? IS the F59 a front sway bar?

Pretty low option truck when new.
