Does this dash look right?

There is a pushbutton in place next to the key switch that someone set up to use an external washer pump. Was there ever anything in this position or is it pretty obvious someone made a hole to accommodate this button?

I couldn't find the SPID # listed for this , you don't know it off hand ,do ya
