Bracing before I cut ?

I finally got the blazer in the garage, it's tight but the blazer runs so I can pull it out. I'm ready to start on the pass side floor and rocker box or whats left of the rocker box. Whats the best way to support the blazer before I start cutting? The top is still on, p.o used permatex to seal it. I'm trying to find a way to support it and still install the door for alignment. Any ideas or pics?

Re: Bracing before I cut ?

leave the top on for support if you can... if not add as much bracing as possible... plus, install new body mounts and make sure everthig lines up first, then start replacing panels...

X2 on making sure the doors fit the boxsides and rockers BEFORE cutting anything loose.

Re: Bracing before I cut ?

Thanks for the help guys, I will leave the top on until the floors and boxes are done. Everything seems to line up well so I would like to weld in a 1" by 1" across the top of the inside door jam. I'll put a body mount kit on my list of think to look for at Carlisle Tomorrow.
