Beautiful truck man! By any chance could you tell me the backspacing for the 4 nub six lug steel wheels you have on it? I'm trying to find an original set. Can't seem to find the spec.

Re: 1972 GMC Jimmy 4x4 13,100 orig miles

The rims that are on the Jimmy are 7.5x16" x 8 lug. The original owner changed the original 6 lug running gear for 3/4 ton. He did this in 1976-77, which didn't impress me, 4:56 gears and very solid. Gonna change back to original diffs in future. The last time it was insured was 1975-76, and he attempted to run dual exhaust but only completed the drivers side. When I bought the Jimmy there was a brand new GM muffler in the box, and GM front and rear 2" muffler pipes. He never drove after 76.
