Want to buy : like to find excellent set of parchment seat belts.
Partial or full set.

How do these look? No cracks. No rust. Nice buckles. Nice chrome. Smooth retractors. $225 shipped...or...trade for a pair of like new 73-76 3/4T SS hubcaps.
