shoot, that's an EASY fix! All the materials you need you could buy locally:

lots of beer
duct tape
bondo
spraypaint
chewing gum
JB Weld
more beer
buffing materials
wax
more beer.

Get liquared up a bit, duct tape, bondo, and JB Weld the thing to hell, find somewhere to use that chewing gum, drink more beer, think of more places to stick JB weld, duct tape and chewing gum, spraypaint, try not to fall on the grille because you're too drunk already and trip easily over something, wait for the spraypaint to dry, and while attempting to not pass out, buff and/or wax and apply any needed materials again.

With these easy steps, you could have your grille looking good in no time! (granted, you go blind and can't look anyways)

May not be worse but mine was bad. This was what it looked like after the vandals got through with it and before I bought it .

I see it says "For Sale" on the windshield. What does that mean? It should read..."Grill For Sale" "Truck Not Included"...

Sadly, the aluminum outer grille was dang near perfect until the overzealous firemen got to it.....
FYI:
4 rounds of teflon tape will not hold the fuel filter housing in the stripped out carb....
(BUT IT GOT ME A TRUCK FOR FREE!!!)

Man, I thought mine was bad. I just used bailing wire to put mine back together. I will be happy and thankful for what I have now.

Re: worst grill i ever seen and its mine!!!

Redneck girl.... that truck is/was HOT ! As a professional fire fighter I can tell you that the grille / surround etc... are typically not real high on our list of concerns. The bottom line is that the shell isn't worth anything if the truck burns down around it. Judging by the melted grille, the shell was going to be junk anyway. JMHO, Dean

A headlight to pacify the troopers and a bumper to fend off the Toyota's and you're good to go. Bumper optional.
