My 68 Chev stepside

I bought this 68 Chev Stepside about 18 months ago. I didn't want it because I already had to many projects but the price came down and when I went and saw it. That was it, I bought it. It needed an engine and I had an engine for it already so that helped. I just happened to have a stock rebuilt 350 laying around. I am in the finishing stages of the install right now. Once I get it runing I was thinking of lowering it a little and adding disc brakes.

Smile Re: My 68 Chev stepside

Update: I got it started yesterday afternoon. I thought I might have blown the fusible link, but it was just a bad connection. Once I got the engine turning over good I found out I had the dist 180 out. I got that changed and it fired right up, so I let it run for awhile. Have some little details now to do hope to be driving it soon down the highways. I also changed the ignition switch, the ign. housing and the door locks so they are all on one key like they should be.
