My dad is so fond of those steering knobs he put one onto this snow plow tractor.

That is one good-looking flat bed! Congrats on that.

I'd love to have a C 30 or K 30 flatbed......did you have to pay extra for the debris in the bed?
Actually i was complimenting him on it..

Very nice score. Looks like she has been well taken care of thru the years. If it were mine I'd keep it just the way she is but the 4x4 conversion if you keep it stock looking sounds like a real nice idea..

There's a reason they are called "suicide knobs". But hey, you can poke your eye out with a pencil and nobody has outlawed those...yet

Try hooking a brass button from the cuff of your Lee Storm Rider jacket in one of those holes in a foam grip steering wheel in a manual steering 4wd with 37/14.50 tires when a boulder spins the wheel. Elbow to the top of the thigh for a Charlie horse from hell!! Could hardly walk for two days. Beats breaking my arm or wrist, but coulda been that! Also broke my nose hanging my head out the window backing up in the woods when a rock tossed my head around like a pinball machine. My nose went right into the front channel hard. Put two red marks on there and as soon as I walked in the door my girlfriend told whoever she was talking to "I have to go. Tim just walked in with a broken nose!". This was before cell phones, but she could tell as soon as she saw me. "My nose wasn't like this before?" She set it straight and I got drunk... or was it the other way around?

Hey Jeff, nice truck!!

Great project! Consider GMC Pauls for advice & parts. When lowering a 69 C20,they were the best resource.

Funny. There's a truck that's been on Craigslist listed as a "scrap truck". It's an 88-98 with one of those tires service or vending machine hauling bodies on it full of crap. I'm not sure if the seller used this as a scrap hauler and his last load never made it out, or if they are a marketing genius skilled at finding that one element that puts their product forward when it should deter . It is certainly a scrap hauler right now... if it can haul as it is

Hey jc, thanks for the compliment? Good to see you post

Oh yeah. Hey Jeff, trucks looking nicer
