STAY AWAY - Customer service is TERRIBLE. Customer service line was "temporarily closed - please call back in 1 hour" FOR 3 WEEKS - AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT.
I have used them in the past, but something has definitely changed at this company. It gets worse, but since this is a truck board, not epinions, just consider yourself lucky if you find this and avoid them.

Sorry to hear that, I've had good luck in the past as well.
Wonder if they might be down due to holidays...
