No crank help
Need some suggestions.
69 2wd with 5.3/TH350...everything is hooked up properly, new fuses....but no crank. Purple wire at ignition gets power when turned to crank, but nothing at starter wire. Keep in mind truck sat a long time with no eng/TRANS. Interior harnesses are in decent shape but I put in a new ignition as I got it with no keys. |

Can you jump the solenoid and crank it to start and run?

Silly mistake...wasn't in park all the way...oops....cranking now...now it starts but doesn't stay running....off to ls swap i go...
