I moved on to the fuel tank mount.

I want the tank to 'locate' off of chassis, rather than the body (as the Roadmaster was)

Location was marked, and a crossmember out of 2x2 was cut to length

have you figured out the shift detent yet? I see like mine, yours has 5 shift positions, and for a th 350 we need 6, and a 700/200 r4 we need 7.....
my auto column was a powerslide...
looks like yours is a hydromatic?

All I ended up doing was trim a little off of the actual steering column tube ... To allow more travel.

The magic comes from the adjustability of the Lokar linkage that allows throw ratio adjustments.

Work really well actually
