One ton booster upgrade - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Quick question.. 72 blazer all orig brake brackets.. Went to upgrade to the one ton booster and found that the bolt pattern on the one ton booster was about 1/2" wider than my orig brackets would accept.

After reading many posts about how the booster just bolted right up I figure I have the wrong booster.

I have went over it multiple times, I purchased a booster for a 1972 C30 from Napa, even went back in and got the one for the C20 and the bolt pattern on the back of the booster still 1/2 wider than my bracket will accept.

Anyone had this issue?
