Console/Cluster question

I am doing a LS swap into an '83 Chevy and used a "91 Burb console because it will hook up to VSS, but I am trying to find an ashtray fiberoptic light and 4wd pigtail to fit into the 91 console but the holes in the 91 cluster are smaller that the 83 I have.

Any of you know when Chevy went to the smaller sockets in the clusters? How long did they use that size? Im trying to find the right year models I need to search for to find the right parts. Thanks
