WA Set of complete 72 suburban front doors - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Selling this set of 72 suburban doors. Original paint with soft ray tinted glass, window regulators work smoothly and roll up and down, wing windows open and close as they should. No speaker holes, cancer rust in the tubs and no cracks on the door hinge mount locations. Passenger side has a crack on the top of the window sill. Driver side has dent around mirror area, as if mirror was pushed in. Asking $450 a side. $800 for both

I'm not sure how you would package them to ship, but I would like a quote for both to 72616 Arkansas. I have a Fastenal in the nearest town, if thats an option for you.

I can work on a quote. I do have fastenal as an option, I’ve heard mixed reviews about them. Let me see what I can do.

Fastenal is a great option but check ,they have drawn a line halfway devideing the country and I don’t know why it’s on there map

When i checked with them last fall, they were not shipping big stuff out of WA CA OR areas...

Alright, this is what I found with a little bit of research. Fastenal will not ship from west to east. The doors would have to go truck freight.

This is a ROUGH quote. I checked with "Peninsula Truck Lines" $400 to have delivered to their location in Arkansas, $500 delivered to your house.

If that is something you want to pursue I can work on a more accurate quote since I will have building materials to crate the doors and can ask for more info from this company since I this would be my first time dealing with truck freight.

It makes no sense why they won’t go over that line there the cheapest way to ship anything maybe ship to the line to a member have go a couple of miles away and then put it back on lol

I agree 100%

I’ve gotten shipping quotes to Georgia before through fastenal with no problems. That was about a year ago. With any consistency I’m sure there’s something related to “due to Covid” terms and conditions have now changed blah blah blah.

As of today... no. I would like to try and sell the doors complete. If they don’t move then I’ll probably resort to parting the doors out.

I just shipped a pair of doors and a fender through fastenal from Oregon to Michigan picked them up last week

Nice candidates for Blazer doors. Just cut the window frames, tack weld the reinforcement plate. Boom!
