99 S-10 Gas tank sending unit
Is the fuel pump and sending unit all one piece for this trucks?

I just did the one on my son's 97, and they are in the same unit. I believe they use the same one.

you can get the sending unit (gas gauge) by itself but the pump come with it.
I don't have the #s handy but the sender costs about $60
