"any ideas on how to fix this ?"
Research and planning are the place to start. Finding parts and trying to "make" them work is time consuming and expensive at best.

The GMT400/400 platform trucks went to an independent front end starting in 88. Are you trying to adapt an independent front end into your 67?

As far as bolting an NV4500 to a T221, it isn't going to happen without a custom adaptor.
If you have a need for a left drop t-case find a Ford NP205 or a later chain case suited to your use.

Consider you driveline and braking choices carefully if the trailer is very heavy.

Re: 1967 king cab info please

Check out a NP208 or early NP241 (they came in the square body Suburbans in 90 and 91) The 241's also had the electronic speedo setup too if you need it.

Re: 1967 king cab info please

My friend has a suburban he hauled to pacific it an late 80's early 90's but hes saying that I should trade with him the short frame here for his then everything will pretty much bolt up but will need to put 10 inches in the frame but the front pumpkins will be on the same side and im going to use it for cruzing some off road not much mainly just back roads and the accasional run through the mud doing doughnuts lol so im trying to plan ahead and get ideas but my main focus is getting the motor out and on the ground, oh and the gas tank will be between the frame rails as well on the suburban so I don't know what do you guys think ???

These bodies on different frames look like crap IMO. I'd use your frame and find a 241 or 208 from a chevy. Dodges had 241d's in them in half ton gas trucks as well.
