My 1947 chevy truck "La Gladys"

Hi guys, this is my 1947 Chevy, my name is Diego Martin i am from Argentina - Neuquen - Patagonia, I am 38 years old and i have three children, I've been 5 years in the restoration of the pickup, with much effort and care. in the first stage put a chevy 194 engine, and lasting two years collecting the parts to make the 350. sorry for my English is not very good.

The call "La Gladys" in honor of my mother, who died 9 years ago.

Nice truck, like the stock beam axle with disc conversion. Engine is beautiful.

Thanks guys for the welcome, I am improving my English. I love your projects and pickup, here in Argentina struggling to find spare parts. Almost all parts buy in USA, and taxes are 50% plus shipping ...!

Little by little I will leave as in my dreams.

Looks great! makes me forget how fortunate I am to live in California, where parts can be found, as well as projects in decent shape...
