Por-15

Just got my arse handed to me tonight. My drivers door had some pretty good surface rust on the bottom interior side of the shell. Ground it all out, metal etched it, coated it with POR-15, light coat of filler, and primered it one year ago. Had the door off today to final sand, seam seal and paint it, and I noticed the dreaded bubbles. Ground off the material and under the POR-15 it looked like I never touched it. Surface rust everywhere. I was ready to paint, now I'm ready to puke. Truck has been inside or covered the entire time. Throwing that stuff right in the barrel. RUST NEVER SLEEPS.
