Can this be done ?

If I were to get a dash bezel with the brushed alum. face , can this be removed & painted , or is it molded in & impossible to remove ? . I'm trying to color match my interior > trying to 2 tone the bezel to match my truck's colors .

its really thin aluminum when you peel it, it kind of bends in a way that it will never get the shape the way it was.

Re: Can this be done ?

be careful! it will break if you pull hard. The trim is very brittle. I would break off the old one and order a new one from LMC and paint it before you install it. Their like 10.00 new for the trim.
