Question Steering question

So I converted my 67 from drum to disc and power steering. I had to add the 1/4" spacers to frame. So it goes down the road fine, but the wheel is off so I want to align it.

I read that when the gear box is centered the rag joint bolt should be top dead center and 2 of the grooves in the ptman arm shaft should be parallel with the gearbox. Is this correct?

Can my steering wheel be 1/4 turn off on the shaft ?
