In my experience the original GM boosters can last a long time. Hook one up to engine vacuum and see if it holds vacuum. If so, the diaphram is good.

Yes I ship worldwide. The price for the '67-'68 or '69-'72 booster bracket with the hydraulic clutch conversion is exactly the same as in post #1 of the for sale thread seen here.

Shipping that large box to Canada is quite expensive. The shipping alone is about $64.00 USD. Many of my Canadian customers have a delivery address just this side of the border.
