Something is goofy with this auction but the starting bid is clearly set at $200,000. Either he wants to show it off and has no intention of selling it or he added an extra zero to the price.

I agree scam, he says that only cash in person or cashiers check.

Wow, I just realized it's close to me. Maybe I ought to go and see it. It's about 35 minutes away from me south of Nashville. Actually it's about 3 miles from where I used to live in Murfreesboro. I know where that is. I should just show up with Monopoly money.

I changed my mind and decided not to sell change the price from $20,000. to $200,000. so no one would bid.

I understand the does and don'ts of buying on eBay, particularily the rule about not making any deals outside of the auction arena but could someone answer this question... If the seller's rating appears to be good, how is this being run? With some of the scams exposed here recently, the seller (from the auctions I remember) has had a rating of 0 (or very low anyway). Is the scammer using someone else's account?
