Hello, old thread!
Just scanned a bunch of old pics. This was my baby; medium olive '71 K10 that I painted yellow when the rust needed fixing. Dumb move but I was a punk kid. I owned the truck from '81 'til '07.

Now, now nothing wrong with yellow. I do wonder after that many years why did you sell it?

As a daily driver in Utah, the salt eventually won the war and since I no longer had a big enough garage to do a frame-off resto, it went to another K10 lover. I paid $3,200 for it in '81 and sold it for $3,500 with documented 228k miles on it.
I'll own another one someday.

I dont know how old it has to be to be vintage but here are some my dad took in the early 80s. The 68 C10 he got from the original owner in 1980, the 73 blazer belonged to a friend of his until he got in 85 that is it with flames. I now own both trucks. The last pic is from last year.
