Re: Can you find a flaw?

ok three things i see.
1. the headlight is cocked (like previously said).
2. the cab and bed are slightly off from each other.
3. the radio knob looks like it has something coming lose behind it.
there done said it.
but..........

The truck looks awesome guys! and the paint and body work was definitely done right.

You guys need to take a step back thou and think about this.
That kid might really have earned that truck!
It could be a reward for graduating with A's, we really dont know.
Who cares if daddy gave him the truck, really?
He isnt driving around some lil piece of crap foreign turd is he?
He is driving American muscle and looking damn proud of it! thats what matters.
You guys are just jealous, He probably gets more "tail" than 95% of the guys on this site

It's funny how people with money can almost be looked down on like they got it wrong or illegal. There isn't as much "old" money as there used to be. In other words, many of the people today are actually getting off their butt and making it for themselves, yet we sometimes assume that is was handed to them or they must have robbed old ladies to get it.

Re: Can you find a flaw?

who cares nice truck!

I built my first car by myself 100%. It was a vw bug (i know differnece in cost) but. I paid for 100 % of the car work really hard. I had a job since the 4th grade(paper route) it is easy for a kid with a job and no bills to put together a car/truck. Iam now 37 have a killer job and wish I had the money to put towards my cars like i did when I was a kid.

If you've got a community college near you, you might be able find a film student or something like that who would be willing to film your truck along the lines of this vid. Just make sure it gets done in HD.

Heck, any old beater, with the right scenery and props, can turn into a beautiful video.

Pfff...Not that type of video! Get your mind of the gutter, son!

Actually, in retrospect, I should have specified "beater truck".

Well, I stumbled upon this thread when I was looking at the video statistics. I made the video and I must tell you guys... I read every single post and my favorite quote is gdogg14's "the part of the video where he is changing air cleaner, and turning screws on the carb... No, I dont buy it" really funny.

But im glad you guys enjoyed it! (even though some of you didnt like my music choice) haha

And a lot of Assumptions based on pure speculation that led to some of the comments...that and some don't like the music so they wouldn't have anything nice to say about the truck even if it was driven by an old farmer....

Give the board a chance....read some more....check out the FAQ section to see the wealth of knowledge on here....and when you see how awesome the board is as a whole...pay the $25 to support it and reap the added benefits of a subscriber

ok so I had to re-post the video, with my comments.

This is GREAT all around.
The age of the owner, the TRUCK & the video, the music fits it perfect.

I'm now inspired to make my own video...

Great stuff!
