storing tranny with t. converter ?

Just wondering if storing my turbo 350 with the torque converter still on will hurt anything. Just thinking the weight of the torque converter might damage something inside like seals etc.

No...

Make sure the convertor is fully installed in the trans, tie it in with some wire so it cant fall out....

Plug the dipstick hole and tape up the output shaft and back part of the extension housing...

All done with the intention of keeping dirt and water out of the trans....
