Re: culookn- Bad deals

Since all those threads got locked there was never any (published) resolution.
Did the remaining items never get taken care of?
It seemed he was more a slow shipper than ripping anyone off?

as far as I am aware, there are still people waiting for their parts. The seller has been banned.

Re: culookn- Bad deals

I finally got my stuff. It was packaged poorly and the parts were hanging out the side, but I got everything.

Re: culookn- Bad deals

Just so you know before those threads were locked we were in contact with everyone involved. I didn't want to take a chance on anyone else getting burned, so I locked them. It wasn't until several weeks that he refused to respond to anyone attempts to contact him that he was banned.

Re: culookn- Bad deals

I will have to give him credit if he was shipping big items through usps. It took 3 weeks for a box to get to one guy I sold something to and it made me look like a bad seller. I will not ship a large package with them again.

Re: culookn- Bad deals

That would be all well n good if there was any communication as well. Slow shipping happens. The issue here is many things combined.

Re: culookn- Bad deals

I found quite a bit of information on George. I sent him a message on myspace asking what the deal was and told him that I am going to get the law involved in this and next thing I checked my paypal and there was a pending refund. The refund cleared the other day so i got my money back but never got any items.

Re: culookn- Bad deals

I won a hot wheels on Ebay.I sent the money order 10/9.It just reached the seller 11/2.It wasn`t alot of money, but it hadthoughts running through my head about the seller ripping me off.
But,like Liz said,it all comes down to communication.

Re: culookn- Bad deals

i shipped a tow hook to board member "too much stuff", priority mail and it took well over a week to arrive. luckily he was patient and polite but i was getting nervous that the postal service lost it so i offered him a refund if it didn't show up, it finally made it though. i've never ripped anyone off and do my best to follow through with all my dealings in a timely manner. i've bought and sold many things on here and always got what i paid for.
