The 4.3 backed by a 4L60E with a 3/4 ton clutch pack and the rear end setup with richmond 3.42 gears and the powertrax I am not to concerned. and it still has enough power to get around fine. Only gets 13-14mpg highway when I am pulling big loads like that but otherwise it handles it fine! And no it doesn't bottom the suspension out even close.

I'm surprised I got one but here's the newest member to my fleet. 1992 Chevy S10 ext. cab 4x4 4.3 V6
   It needs work. It's definitely a fixer-upper.
