Can any help me with me next issue? I have installed the brake booster on the frame uder the cab and getting ready to mock up the engine and tranny...It looks to me like the new brake booster will be in the way of the tranny crossmember? what are you guys doing for crossmembers? Thanks for any help.

Here are more pics of the bed, boy is that somthing else to puzzle together. Also the engine that is going in the truck. Transmission is turbo 400 with manal valve body and 3800 stall. I had to start it on the stand you see....boy it sounds *****in!!

Not trying to be a butt head but, In the last picture one of your t-nuts is about to come out of the slot (upper a-arm shaft).

Truck is looking good. You might have too much fun driving it.

My cousin used to tear up the streets of Bakersfield in the 60's with a chevy powered (327 / 4-speed manual) model A pickup.

One of the wildest rides of my young life.

Thanks and good eye, Its was replaced....I had to take the a-arm off to re make mounts for the rack to get the steering arm under the enagine mount. I sure do hope I have fun driving it.

Been doing some bed wood fitting ended up putting the tub flange under the wood. and installing the vintage air stuff.

Nice work, have 1 question, why did you fill in the side spears on the bed sides? I always liked them, it showed it was an original side, and not a repop...Jim

Well i could not get the spears to blend with the tubes right so I said screw it...lol it may not look right but I was done dealing with it.
