2001 Chevy hub cap question

I am playing with maybe using the hub cap below on my steel wheels. Can someone with a 2000 to 2006 truck tell me now they install? Thanks

The lugnuts are threaded and these black nuts screw on them.

thanks, i posted on the wrong forum. Looking on line it looks like they are metric size? I am trying to see if they could work with my steel 74 wheels.
