Model # question

I am stumped by a reference in the 1972 Chevy Truck service manual (10 to 30)

It talks about following a procedure
"except model CE31403 (157" W.B 307 C10, V-8 Engine)"

I can't seem to "decode" this model number with any of the decoders I've found.

Any insights?

Re: Model # question

Thanks! I was confused by the "307" and could not find "14" in some decoders. Anyway, definitely doesn't pertain to me since its a 1 ton.
