I have the 60/40 out of a 91. Just need a small spacer under passenger and a 1" piece under the middle support. You will understand when you get it. I love this seat it is so comfortable. Seatbelts, WHO NEEDS STINKING SEATBELTS. Just kidding I haven't tackeled that yet. You should be able to use the stock ones.

Yes, you can use the stock ones. This seat will be just a little high. You'll need either a tilt wheel, or a smaller than stock wheel. Thin thighs help alot too.
