P0446 Code

I own a 2011 silverado 5.3 and its throwing a code P0446.

Haven't owned the truck long, but the previous owner used it as a company truck that was driven on dirt roads frequently. Not planning on doing any diagnostic and just going to replace the evap solenoid vent valve and filter. Given the history of the truck this is likely the cause plus it is hard to fill up which tells me the solenoid is stuck and not letting the tank vent.

Anyways, has anyone done this on a 2011? I have found a few youtube videos of guys doing this on an 07/08 and the filter runs up and is zip-tied toward the tranny. Looking at mine the filter line that comes off of the solenoid runs up by the fuel filler neck. I assume I should be able to get through this through the fuel door and not have to drop the tank?

Any other tips or comments appreciated.
