Cool. I have one panel that could use some attention. It's the one behind the spare tire. It's not too noticeable, so I haven't tried to fix it yet.

Escalade-style door panels. I took the wood and perforated inserts off the Caddy and swapped em into my doors... I like how they came out, a nice (and pretty easy) upgrade if you can find them

Great job! Did you install the seat covers yourself? Where did you get them?

Thanks. I think the wood trim makes a big difference.

Back in the 70s/80s the top of the line models like the Cheyenne and the Silverado had woodgrain on the door panels and dash cluster and glove box and center console. It just 'classes' the truck up a little and gives it some 'warmth'

G'day, have you got some pics of the finished painted trim all back in?
I would love to see them as I have been thinking about this for over a year now.
Looks GOOOOD!

Re: 98 2DR 2WD Tahoe Refresh

OK -- so I installed a 2 / 2 drop kit. Lowering springs in front, shackles in the rear

I think it still has too much rake

can some please recommend a way to get the rear down another inch or two? Does someone make a 3" drop shackle

Thanks for the advice
