I think it's a bad engine. All you have to do is pull it and send it to me and I'll send you my fine running goodwrench crate motor. I won't even charge you a penny.

I'd get your exhaust done before worrying about tuning it to run right. Open headers don't give you the back pressure your engine needs to breath correctly. Once your exhaust is on, then see if it's flooding out.
