Here's mine:
Wheels: 20x8.5
Tires: 245/35/20
Front suspension: Mustang II w/ QA1 coilovers
Rear Suspension: Trailing arms with QA1 coilovers and Ford 8.8 axle
Great looking truck! What color is that?

jweb, I agree with your post.

What color is your truck? Does the color photograph accurately? Really looks great.

The photo is pretty accurate but it can look different depending on lighting You can drive by any Dodge dealership to see a new car in this color.

Re: Post Your Wheel and Tire Combo

Mine in mock up stage. Haven't dropped the engine/trans in yet so it's slightly high in the front.

Camaro clip on the front, the frame is just resting on the rear end in this pic but I plan on a 4 link with bags. Eventually I plan on bagging the front as well.

Rims are z28 5 spoke rally wheels powdercoated black. 15x7 with a 4.25" backspacing.

Re: Post Your Wheel and Tire Combo

Mine is old school, was going for the old gasser style.
US Wheel Co. Smoothy 15x7 4"bs
Diamondback whitewalls 225/75/15
Rear axle flip
Front it stock
IT was lowered with both front and rear axle flips, but the front has dragging and hitting all the time. not to mention that it road like hell. anyway, hope you enjoy.

Re: Post Your Wheel and Tire Combo

On my old truck (blue truck) 18x8 wheels with 245x45x18 tire and rear 20x15 wheel with 29.00x18x20 tire. I went with same set up with my current build but different wheel pattern.

Re: Post Your Wheel and Tire Combo

Here's mine. 17x8 Boyd Smoothies with 235/55 tires.

I'm not really that happy with them. I got a super cheap (I thought) deal on them used only to find out they needed profession repair and re-polishing. Offset is incorrect for my truck so I have 1/4" rear spacers on them to lear the bedsides but they really should be 1/2" or possibly 3/4". I'd have not bought them if I'd seen them in person but they were out of area and my nephew picked them up for me.

I plan to check to see if my old 15" Torq Thrusts will clear the calipers in front if I use spacers (probably not) or will eventually change them out to something else, possibly 17" TT's in gray with polished lip.

Re: Post Your Wheel and Tire Combo

Very old Cal Chrome wheels, 15x10 rear (295s) and 15x6 (215s) front. I’ve been debating on what to replace them with, but they work so I’ll take care of some of the other things before that decision has to be made.

Thank you sir.
If anyone is contemplating coker STAs, they are the best bias ply truck tire I have run in recent times. Took little weight to balance. They drive/steer really nice after they get warm, which is usually about a mile of so.

Re: Post Your Wheel and Tire Combo

Here is a pick of my old 48. It was a bagged modified G-body frame.
Front 245/45/20 on 8.5 rims with 6" of BS
Rear 275/45/20 on 10" rims with 4" of BS

On my 53 Suburban which has a bagged Porterbuilt chassis I'm running 255/35/22 front with 265/40/22 rear. I have not purchased wheels yet so my BS in unknown. NO pics of this set up yet.
