Nope, these will not fit for mid mount retractors, only floor mount.

I am currently making 67-72 brackets, and I have not had anyone say they could make the 73-87 brackets fit anything else.

no offense....but why do you list these as 73-87 brackets when they dont fit all of those years?....somewhat misleading dont you think?

You're out of line. You quoted the text where he explicitly laid out the exception and that exception happened to be what you have. It is not misleading in the least bit, to offer something for 73-87 trucks and note the exception to where they will not work. In fact, that's the opposite of misleading. It's informative.

Jeff is a stand up guy who offers a great product and has made invaluable contributions to the square body community.

Well, they technically fit 88-91 crew cabs too, that must be mis-leading as well. I have all this info back on page 1, post 1....read it and THEN tell me if it is mis-leading. I have sold over 200 of these things, ZERO complaints, not too bad for being mis-leading.

Oh please dont get me wrong and yes I read the fine print, I plan on buying a set for my other truck, they look great and you do nice work. I just really wanted a set for my 76 too
