I have two passenger seat latch brackets. Full disclosure is these were removed from the second generation Blazers. The first few years (73-76?) continued to use the same style latch mechanism. However, the latch bracket is a little taller than the 69-72 models. I am including two pictures of the brackets I have and then a picture of the 72 and earlier bracket next to a 73 and later bracket. I have been told these will work for the early Blazers but have never tested that myself. One of these may work for you until you find the correct one which is much harder to find. Also much cheaper than the earlier ones. $25 shipped in priority box CONUS. Paypal ok.

As I read it again, is the one stamped 3964303 for sale or for comparison? If for sale I'll take.

The shorter one is NOT for sale. It was only intended to show the relative height. I don't even have the short one any more. That is a picture I took a couple of years ago to help show the comparison between the two.
