My C10

this is my truck i got this truck about 1 month ago ive been trying to get this truck now for a yr my cousins girlfriend works at this storage facility this truck was sitting there in the middle of a grass lot with a flat tire i begged her for a yr to give me the owners # so i could call him to see if he wanted to sell it well almost a yr goes by and she calls me to come and fix her car she needed an alternator put on a 1998 cadillac sedan deville thats a very hard altenator to change. she asked me how much i would charge i told her that if she would give me the truck owners # id do it for free.well she gave me his # i called him and sure enough it was for sale i payed $1800 for it brought it home changed the oil threw a fresh battery in it turned it over and it fired right up its a 383 stroker motor has roller rockers a big nasty cam flomasters oh and the factory ac still works. well i got to drive it around my neighborhood three times before the th400 quit shifting so i put a call into OUTLAW TRANSMISSIONS www.outlawtransmissions.com in cumming ga for one of there stage 2 700r4 capable of 500hp. ive installed the tranny will be picking up fluid and driveshaft tomorrow and it should be road worthy

Re: My C10

Good deal. My advice... Keep it on the road and just do a few parts at a time. The biggest mistake was taking the truck apart and not having the part to put back on it.

Re: My C10

Lookin good! And I agree on keeping it driving. I would always tear mine up, eventually lose interest, finally put it back together and remember how much fun it is to drive! Keep up the good work
