clutch vibration issues

Hey all, I have been fighting vibration engaging my clutch in my c10 for a long time. I have a crate 350, t5 tranny, stock flywheel and stock clutch kit for the 1993 WC from an s10. Here is what I have done:

Installed two different t5s - not t5 issue
Purchased a new flywheel
Purchased a new clutch kit
Drove for a maybe 2k miles to try to get some wear indications.

Ideally the only thing I can think of and that hasn’t been replaced yet is the stock bell housing from the original Saginaw tranny. My other thought is maybe I bent something installing the t5 around my x pipe exhaust. But the wear definitely suggests that I am not having flush clutch engagement.

I also have replaced all the small parts in the bell housing and clutch fork along with hemispherical joint rods from lmc. Any help is much appreciated as this is the 3-4th time dropping the tranny. That 700r4 is starting to look really tempting now. Lol
