Re: Almost Done

Another question for ya. On your flip hood what did you do for the cowl section for sliders and a catch?
That dash is just great, very well performed.

i used the stock catch and rollers just made brackets for both, made the catch adjustable on the fender and welded the brackets for the rollers to the hood. all and all the flip hood was a simple mod. i did it all with the engine out, that way you can crawl around under the hood and see whats going on.

Otherwise known as Tennessee Orange Gator fan myself, but I assume since you live in East TN that you are a UT fan.

Beautiful Roadster Slogo, same thing I'm doing with mine. But no where near as nice as that thing. I think you need to add a little blue to that orange

Re: Almost Done

Damn that looks good. Question for you. How hard would it be to rake the windshield back and keep the vent windows and make my 1/2 top work? I know I will have to cut the 1/2 top but can it be done?

Re: Almost Done

Hey guys, I was just looking at all the good looking Blazers in the 67-72 Threads and saw that you are from east TN. I have about a week or so before the Blazer in on the road, so I would love to meet up and ride to a meet. But one thing I live in Powell and the meet every Sat on Clinton hwy is know longer. But they have a new meet in Powell at the emery road exit off 75 at Stake & Shake. They are getting 60-100 cars every Sat starting at 6pm. Let me know...
