Thanks! Definitely want the blocks and bolts. I meant an entire kit for bags in the rear; bags, hats, and the fittings?

They are concerned about scrub line issues but I believe you'll be fine as long as you cut off the excess U bolt threads that protrude through the nut

Re: 1960-1972 Lowering Block U bolts

I've found lowering block kits with u-bolts and hardware cheaper online bit I would rather support fellow forum members... and I've found they are a much more knowledgable resource for information and how-to.

Having said that, I would like a 2" blocks and u-bolt kit. I think that will work well with 4" drop springs without having to relocate spring mounts or c-notching the frame... any thoughts?

Still $69.95 to way2lo2@aol.com?

I'm pretty sure with any load in the bed or a good pot hole, you're going to be bumping the axle tubes into the frame unless you ad a c notch. But I do still have the blocks at 69.95 and the email is correct.
Thanks

Hi

Do you sell pinion shims also ? I have 4 inch springs and thinking about adding 2 inch blocks. Do you sell shims to correct the pinion angle also ?

Thanks

Re: 1960-1972 Lowering Block U bolts

Hello. I have a 67 c10 1/2 ton fleetside with coil rear suspension and drum brakes. It has the "helper leaf".

It sits high in the back. I'm thinking that these trucks are 2 inches higher in the back?

I see everyone asking for the 69.95, shipped 2" blocks and bolts. So if I get this, can I leave the front alone and
end up with a level ride? Should I leave the helper leaf alone?

Thanx
