Building a pull wagon for the kids. Wheel location?

Im looking at building something like this.



You guys know of any inexpensive places to pick up those go kart rims and tires? ITs just going on a little pull wagon for the kid.

Make it low and spread the tires as much as you can.Stability for when they get rowdy.There's a great thread over in the Alternate Tinkerings on wagons and such.There's also one on bicycles.

The best thing for wheels is to find a kart racer with a bunch of left overs and try to get them cheap.

the best places that i have found for small wheels or casters and such would be harbor freight and also tractor supply company.
