What about a good used GMC stepside gate worth?

I have been told you can still get the Chevrolet stepside tailgates from Gm.....Not sure about the GMC tailgates...And if they are no longer available you most likely have a valuable piece...Good luck

I found one marked $225 and got it for $200 at a swap meet.I`ve seem sellers asking more like $300.Bear in mind they are a thru`87 part so not as rare as pre-73 parts.Check a dealer for availability.They may be depleted since they were last used 22 years ago.unny how we have to keep changing our perspective.I still think I can walk in and get 73-87 parts because that was never an issue when I was scrounging dealers for 67/72 stuff.
